General Terms and Conditions

The tenant acknowledges having read these general terms and conditions:

The property is rented out weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
Check-in is possible from 17:00, and on the day of departure, the house must be vacated before 9:00.
A maximum of 8 people can stay in the house.
Upon reservation, the tenant must provide the full name and age of all persons who will be staying in the property.
A cot can be provided upon request.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate forfeiture of the full deposit.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the immediate collection of the full deposit.

For the entire duration of the stay, the tenant is fully liable for the property and undertakes to cover the costs arising from an error or negligence on his part or on the part of the other occupants.
The tenant relieves the owner of all responsibility for any accidents that may occur in the holiday home, the garden, as well as in and around the swimming pool.

The tenant is obliged to leave the rented property in a good and clean condition, i.e. everything is back in its original place both inside and outside, the kitchen is fully tidied up (refrigerator, ovens and all other appliances are cleaned and all dishes are in their place), all waste and garbage has been removed, and the barbecue has been cleaned. If this is not the case, the full deposit will be collected immediately without discussion.
If the property is not clean upon arrival, this must be reported immediately upon arrival to the local contact person.
The tenant must immediately notify the local contact person of any discrepancies regarding the furnishings or other matters of the rented property.

A deposit of 30% of the reservation sum is required upon booking. The reservation is only confirmed after payment of this deposit.
The balance must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay.
By paying the deposit, the tenant agrees to the general rental conditions.
After the reservation, no disputes regarding the price of the property will be accepted. In the event of non-payment on the due date (6 weeks before the start of the stay in the property), default interest of 1.5% per month is due by operation of law and without notice of default.

For bookings made within the 6-week period, the total reservation amount must be paid immediately.
In the event of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
No refund will be given for cancellations within the 6-week period.

A deposit of EUR 600 must be paid in cash upon arrival to the local contact person.
The deposit will be refunded within a maximum period of 10 days after the end of the rental period.

The final cleaning is not included in the rental of the property. The cost for this is EUR 150 and must also be paid in cash upon arrival to the local contact person.
